The visual grows out of photographs of the actual setup — the same flowers, the same arch, the same light. The screen doesn't argue with the room, it extends it in depth.

A render on its own says nothing. What matters is how the content sits on a real portal, between the mouldings and the chandeliers, and how the room lights up from it.

The usual supplier hands over a single 16:9 file and lets the processor stretch it wherever it lands. We build a set: every zone is rendered at its native resolution, and the geometry is aligned so the image continues across the physical gaps between screens.
A guest sees the room as a whole, not three separate screens. When the side panels continue the center, any shift in the horizon or break in scale is read instantly and looks like a mistake. That is why the layout is built to your room's map, whatever it is, rather than forced into standard proportions.
The monogram and names are modeled in 3D and matched to the materials of the scene — gold to gold, silver to silver, glass to the crystal of the chandeliers. Not a caption laid on top, but part of the setup that lives and glows with the background.
We work in Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic and Devanagari — the lettering is chosen to suit the language and tradition of the event.
Files arrive ready to load into the server — in the right codec, at the right frame rate, named so nobody has to rename them on site.
